Simpsons Dashain Cards: Kite & Family Greeting Ideas

A Simpsons Dashain card can use colorful kites, bamboo-swing scenery, and marigolds to frame a family portrait. The visual direction is warm and familiar, with the emphasis on a greeting between people rather than a recreation of a ritual.

Choose a photo that keeps everyone recognizable

For relatives celebrating together, an existing family photo can make a meaningful keepsake. If the group is too wide or faces are partially hidden, choose a smaller group or single portrait. The theme won't combine separate family photos into a new accurate group.

Three ideas for the message

• Send a greeting to relatives you cannot visit this year.
• Thank someone for the welcome they gave your family.
• Write about a shared memory of flying kites or spending time together, if that is part of your experience.

Keep personal details under your control

Add Nepali or other chosen wording in a text editor in the card editor. The image does not automatically add tika or religious markings to faces. Dashain includes multiple observance days; the reviewed date below is a planning anchor, not a complete schedule for every household. Confirm the relevant day for your own greeting or visit.
